I am super excited about this years festival, and about playing with all these amazing musicians.
There is a long due revisit from Tony Scherr, Marc Mommaas and Jochen Rueckert, what an awestriking and scintillating amount of unique musicality and highest level possible experience. There is new music in the repertoire, also from my artistic research project Transformative Reflections, with inspiration from paintings. We also found some not necessarily hidden, but nevertheless true gems jazz composition classics that we have worked on, and we see what happens during the week and go with that, too.
